Terms and Conditions of Website Use

These terms and conditions constitute a mutually binding agreement between the customer and MyLaptop.ge, regulating the customer’s use of the website.

By electronically signing the terms and conditions of using the MyLaptop.ge website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions, including provisions regarding confidentiality and processing of personal data.

  • To use the MyLaptop.ge website, the customer is obliged to agree to and comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this document;
  • Personal information obtained by the company from the customer or third parties is processed in accordance with the personal data processing and protection policy;
  • MyLaptop.ge reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions published on the website at any time, without additional consent of the customer;

Definitions

Definitions of terms used in this document:

  • Account – personal account registered by the customer through the website;
  • Authorization – access to a personal account and any action defined by Article 6 of these terms and conditions;
  • MyLaptop.ge website – MyLaptop.ge online platform through which the customer orders goods or services, after which MyLaptop.ge ensures the provision of services;
  • Terms of Use – these terms, as well as any other rule and/or condition that regulates the customer’s access to and use of the website, including content, functions and services;
  • Customer – a natural or legal person who meets the requirements set forth in these terms and wishes to receive services offered by the company through the website;
  • Company – MyLaptop.ge, established in accordance with Georgian legislation (LLC Sani, ID: 439870980, address: Tbilisi, 1 Akaki Tsereteli Ave, Panda Shopping Center, Shop N52);
  • Parties – the company and its customers;
  • Operation – any action performed by the customer in connection with a personal account and/or services;
  • Universal Identifiers – a set of data provided by MyLaptop.ge to the customer, including name, surname and other additional information;
  • Access Codes – codes, passwords, username, identification code and other types of confidential information;
  • Agreement – the agreement concluded between the customers and MyLaptop.ge, which includes these terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these terms, the customer confirms that:

  • The customer is a natural person who has reached the age of 18;
  • Has full (unrestricted) legal capacity; is not under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic or toxic substances; is not under the influence of fraud, pressure, threat or any other illegal influence; fully understands the content of their expression of will;
  • The customer has full authority to sign and fulfill obligations under these terms or any other agreements;
  • Has read the terms and finds them acceptable;
  • All data submitted is accurate;
  • The customer does not participate in any illegal activity under any jurisdiction, including money laundering, arms trade, terrorism and other illegal activities;
  • During the opening of the personal account and the validity of the agreement, their activities will be in compliance with local and/or international legislation;
  • Their actions are not/will not be aimed at defrauding MyLaptop.ge and/or any third party, and the documents/information submitted to MyLaptop.ge are/will be authentic, accurate and complete;
  • Will fulfill the obligations undertaken by these terms in good faith, fully and properly;
  • Agrees that MyLaptop.ge may search, verify and process personal information provided by the customer or any related universal identifier;
  • The customer will immediately notify MyLaptop.ge in writing of all circumstances that may conflict with these statements;
  • Enters into the agreement based on the statements, guarantees and obligations set forth in these terms and considers them as terms of the agreement.

Website Registration and Usage Terms

  • To open a personal account on the MyLaptop.ge website and use online services, the customer is obliged to read and agree to the given terms and conditions;
  • The customer is obliged to securely store data required for accessing the personal account and not share them with third parties;
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for any actions performed with their account. The company is not responsible for damages that may arise from a third party accessing the website account;
  • If the customer has reasonable suspicion that their personal account password or other security access codes have been stolen, lost, illegally appropriated or otherwise misappropriated, the customer must immediately change the password and contact MyLaptop.ge customer service center (Tel: +995 574 73 75 76 or email: mylaptop.ge@gmail.com);
  • By opening a personal account, the customer declares and guarantees that by opening the account they do not violate any law or regulation;
  • The customer is obliged to ensure the accuracy and update of information in their personal account.

Universal Identifiers Registered in the Identification System

When registering/placing an order, the customer fills in:

  • First name/Last name
  • Email address
  • Password and password confirmation
  • Address, personal number and contact details
  • Mobile phone number

When using certain functionality on the website, we will use SMS codes for customer account validation through SMS Office service.

Authorization

  • After account registration and verification, the website user undergoes authorization;
  • Authorization is carried out using the customer’s universal identifiers.

Products Offered by MyLaptop.ge

Through this website, MyLaptop.ge offers the customer services related to products available in its assortment.

Account Closure and Usage Restriction

The customer is authorized to terminate the use of the MyLaptop.ge platform at any time, which does not terminate the obligations provided by this agreement.

Agreement Term and Termination

  • The agreement remains in force until the customer’s account is cancelled;
  • Full and proper payment of the fee determined by these terms constitutes the fulfillment of the customer’s financial obligation.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;
  • The place of performance of these terms is Tbilisi;
  • Any dispute or disagreement related to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation;
  • If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be considered through legal proceedings.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with other agreements concluded during the service process (including orders and/or order acceptance), constitute a single and complete agreement.


Delivery Terms and Conditions

MyLaptop.ge ensures uninterrupted delivery of orders to the address you specify, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Vehicle road leads to the building or house;
  • The pathway in the entrance or yard is paved and safe for movement;
  • The elevator in the building is working and available for use;
  • Stairs are not damaged and have handrails;
  • There is sufficient space for movement in the entrance or yard without any obstacles (e.g. construction materials or waste).

Return Policy for Products Purchased Online

By purchasing products, the customer agrees to and acknowledges the following conditions: Purchased products are not returnable! In accordance with the terms specified in the warranty card.


Warranty Terms for Individuals

MyLaptop.ge thanks you for choosing us.
We strive to meet your requirements to the maximum extent.
To avoid misunderstandings, please review our warranty service terms.

Warranty Terms:

Warranty service covers repair of the item during the warranty period.
Warranty applies to manufacturing/technical defects under normal use conditions.
Standard warranty: 12 months.
Battery warranty: 1 month.

Warranty does not apply / is voided in the following cases:

  • Warranty period has expired;
  • No purchase confirmation document (receipt, invoice, etc.) is presented and the product cannot be identified;
  • Serial number on the device is illegible or removed, making product identification impossible;
  • Defect/damage is caused by mechanical impact and does not constitute an original defect;
  • Device was used for commercial purposes, not personal use;
  • Damage is caused by removal of seal or plomb;
  • Defect is caused by violation of storage and usage rules attached by the manufacturer/seller;
  • Damage is caused by computer viruses or incompatible files;
  • Damage is caused by electrical network malfunction or voltage changes (more or less than 220-230 volts);
  • Defect is caused by violation of usage and storage rules by the customer;
  • Defect is caused by unqualified repair/installation work performed by the user;
  • Defect is caused by use of unlicensed software installed by the user;
  • Dead pixels on the device are within the quantity established by the manufacturer.

Please note that only the defective item is replaced, not the full set (accessories, consumables, packaging, box).

Note: Commercial warranty is valid on the territory of Georgia.

Warranty Service Information

Item repair is carried out at the company’s service center. To receive warranty service, the customer must present the warranty card along with payment confirmation document.

Common Provisions of Legal and Commercial Warranty:

  1. Anti-damage conditions specified in the specifications reduce but do not exclude the probability of such damage. The customer is obliged to protect the purchased item from mechanical, thermal and hydro damage.
  2. If the customer, when requesting service, does not leave the item for inspection or refuses to open the item for diagnostic purposes, they will not be able to use the warranty service.
  3. Legal/commercial warranty is valid on the territory of Georgia.

Legal Warranty

Consumer rights defined by the Georgian Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”:

If a defect is found in goods, the consumer has the right to demand from the seller the elimination of the defect (free repair or replacement, price reduction) or to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer has the right to use the above rights if the defect is discovered within 1 year from the date of delivery.

The seller is obliged to repair or replace damaged equipment within 15 working days from receipt at the service center, or within 30 working days if parts need to be ordered from abroad (excluding weekends and official holidays).

*Legal warranty does not apply to entrepreneurs/legal entities.
