Effective Date: 2026-05-11
This Privacy Policy describes what personal data mylaptop.ge (“Sani” LLC, identification code 439870980, established under the laws of Georgia; physical address: 1 Akaki Tsereteli Avenue, Panda Shopping Center, store #52, Tbilisi) collects and how it processes that data. This document is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection” (2024 revision).
1. What Data We Collect
When you use the mylaptop.ge website, we process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, delivery address, personal ID number (at checkout);
- Account data: the website supports both registered accounts (via the My Account page) and guest checkout. For registered accounts we store: username, email, hashed password, saved addresses, and order history;
- Order and payment data: order history, products selected, prices; payment card details are not stored by us directly — they are processed by third-party payment processors: Bank of Georgia (BOG), TBC Bank, Credo Bank, Flitt, and Tpay;
- Website usage statistics: via Google Analytics 4 (identifier: GT-PZVLCTZ5) we collect anonymized data on website visits — anonymized IP address, device type, browser, referring link, time spent on page, behavioral metrics;
- Advertising conversion data: Google Ads conversion tracking (identifier: AW-18042935580) records which ad referred the user to the website and whether a purchase took place;
- Language and configuration cookie: the Polylang module’s cookie stores the user’s chosen language (Georgian / English) so the site opens in the correct language on subsequent visits;
- WooCommerce session cookie: retains cart contents within a browser session;
- Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): the website uses Meta Pixel (via Facebook for WooCommerce integration) to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, personalize Facebook/Instagram advertising, and build audiences. Event data is collected: page views, add-to-cart, initiate checkout, and purchase. Data is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States (EU-US Data Privacy Framework certified). The Pixel fires only after user consent (the “Marketing” category in the cookie banner).
- Additional instrumentation: no email-marketing tool (Mailchimp / SendGrid or similar) is operational; no live-chat widget is enabled.

7. Cookies and Website Tracking
The website uses cookies for functionality, analytics, and advertising conversion measurement. A Cookie Consent Banner is deployed on the website (based on the Complianz GDPR plugin), which on the first visit asks users for explicit consent to the use of non-essential cookies. The banner allows you to accept or reject each category individually.
Cookie categories in use:
- Functional cookies — Polylang (language selection) and WooCommerce session (storing items added to cart). These cookies are required for the website’s correct operation and are set without your consent, in accordance with Georgian law.
- Preferences cookies — for storing your individual preferences, if the website uses them. Set only with your consent.
- Statistics cookies — Google Analytics 4 (identifier: GT-PZVLCTZ5), which collects anonymized data on website usage. Set only with your consent.
- Marketing cookies — Google Ads conversion tracking (AW-18042935580) and Meta Pixel (ID: 1449256662407067), which record advertising effectiveness and enable audience building for remarketing. Set only with your explicit consent.
Google Consent Mode v2: The website integrates Google’s Consent Mode v2. Until consent is granted, Google services (Analytics 4, Google Ads) operate in consent-aware mode — marketing and analytics cookies are not set, and anonymous (cookieless) signals are transmitted to Google. Full functionality is activated only after consent.
Managing your consent: You may review, change, or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Manage Consent” / „თანხმობის მართვა” link available on the website. Withdrawing consent prevents further cookies from being set on subsequent visits.
8. Security
The website is served over a secured HTTPS connection (TLS). Data is stored on secure servers within Hostinger International Ltd.’s infrastructure (Lithuania, EU). We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
