Return Policy for Products Purchased Online
In accordance with Article 13 of the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, the customer is entitled to return products purchased remotely (under a distance contract) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without specifying any reason.
Conditions for Return:
- The product must be returned in its original condition — unused, or used only for the purpose of functional inspection;
- All accessories must be included (charger, original box, warranty card, proof of purchase);
- The customer covers the cost of return shipping;
- A return notice must be sent to mylaptop.ge within 14 calendar days from the date of product receipt;
- The returned product must be delivered to us no later than 14 calendar days from the date the return notice was sent.
A partial refund may apply if:
- The product has been used beyond what is necessary for functional inspection;
- Mechanical damage is found that occurred after the customer received the product;
- Accessories or the original packaging are missing.
In such cases, the refund will be issued in a reduced amount, proportional to the diminished value of the product.
