MyLaptop ensures the safe and timely delivery of every order across Georgia. We use trusted courier services that guarantee delivery in undamaged condition. Every order is prepared with secure packaging so the laptop is protected from mechanical damage during transit.
Delivery Zones and Times
Delivery time depends on the destination zone:
- Tbilisi: delivered the same or next business day depending on order time. Morning orders are typically received on the same day.
- Regions of Georgia: delivered within 2–3 business days via courier service — Batumi, Kutaisi, Rustavi, Gori, Zugdidi, Telavi, and other major cities.
Delivery Stages
Two stages exist between order placement and final hand-off:
- Handling time — 1 business day: during this period our team verifies product condition, performs functional testing, prepares secure packaging, and hands the parcel over to the courier service. This stage ensures you receive only verified, working devices.
- Transit time: Tbilisi — up to 1 day; regions — 2–3 business days.
Delivery Cost
All orders, regardless of value, ship free of charge anywhere in Georgia. No additional fee applies for Tbilisi or regional delivery.
In-Store Pickup
If you prefer to collect the order yourself, you can visit MyLaptop’s physical store and inspect / receive the laptop on-site:

Delivery Conditions
MyLaptop ensures unobstructed order delivery to the address you provide, provided the following conditions are met:
- A vehicle road reaches the building or house;
- The entrance or yard path is paved and safe for movement;
- The building’s elevator is functioning and accessible;
- Stair steps are undamaged and equipped with a handrail;
- The entrance or yard provides sufficient maneuvering space.
What to Check Upon Receipt
When receiving the product from the courier, before signing:
- Inspect the packaging — verify that the box is not damaged in a way that may indicate transit damage;
- Open the packaging and confirm the laptop is physically intact;
- Verify that all accessories (charger, original box, warranty card) are included.
If you discover any issue, notify the courier immediately and contact us — doing so protects your rights in the event of transit damage.
If Delivery Cannot Be Completed
If the conditions above are not met, or delivery to the address cannot be completed for another reason — incorrect address, recipient absent, no contact — the courier will reach out to arrange an alternative.
Common scenarios and their resolutions:
- Recipient is not at home: delivery can be rescheduled to the next business day, or handed over to a trusted person (family member, neighbor) with prior consent.
- Address is incorrect: call us at +995 574 73 75 76 to provide the correct address.
- Temporary delay: under force-majeure circumstances (bad weather, transit restrictions) delivery may be postponed — the customer is notified by phone or email.
- Multiple failed attempts: if the order cannot be delivered for customer-side reasons (unreachable contact, address not confirmed), it may be returned to MyLaptop and additional attempts arranged.
