Warranty Terms

MyLaptop.ge thanks you for choosing us. This document describes the complete warranty service terms applicable to your purchase. Please read carefully to avoid any misunderstandings.

1. Warranty Period

  • Laptop (Standard Warranty): 12 months
  • Laptop Battery: 1 month

The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of the product, which is recorded on the Warranty Card (Warranty Card № WR-XXXX), provided to you together with your purchase.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects under normal use conditions
  • Technical defects caused by manufacturer error
  • Free repair of the defective product at the service center

3. Warranty Does Not Apply

Warranty service does not apply in the following cases:

  • Mechanical damage (impact, fall, crack, physical damage)
  • Damage caused by liquid spillage
  • Damage caused by electrical network fluctuations or voltage variations
  • Problems caused by viruses, malware, or unlicensed software
  • Repair or modification performed at unauthorized (third-party) service centers
  • Damage or removal of the warranty seal (plomb)
  • Erasure or alteration of the serial number
  • Violation of operating rules (overheating, improper charging, unsuitable environment)
  • Damage caused by violation of storage conditions
  • Dead pixels within the manufacturer’s acceptable range
  • Failure to present proof of purchase or warranty card

4. Required for Warranty Service

When presenting the product at the service center, you must provide:

  1. Warranty Card (Warranty Card № WR-XXXX) — provided to you with your purchase

The product must be presented:

  • In complete set (adapter, cable, accessories)
  • Without mechanical damage
  • Preferably in original packaging

5. Repair Procedure

  1. Preliminary visual inspection is conducted on-site at the service center upon receipt of the product. No claims will be accepted after this inspection.
  2. Diagnostics are mandatory. The customer is obligated to leave the product for diagnostics — otherwise, warranty service will not be provided.
  3. Repair Time:
    • Standard: 3–14 working days
    • Maximum (in case of special parts ordering): up to 30 working days
  4. Notification: The customer is notified of product readiness by phone or email.

6. Legal Warranty

In addition to the commercial warranty, you are entitled to rights established under the Law of Georgia “On Consumer Rights Protection.” If a defect is discovered, within the period established by law you have the right to demand free elimination of the defect (repair), replacement of the product, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract.

7. Geographic Coverage of Warranty

The commercial warranty is valid only within the territory of Georgia.
