Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website
These Terms and Conditions constitute a mutually binding agreement between the User and MyLaptop and govern the use of the Website by the Client.
By electronically signing the Terms and Conditions of Use of the MyLaptop Website, the Client confirms that he has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions, including the provisions on confidentiality and personal data processing.
In order to use the MyLaptop Website, the Client is obliged to agree to and comply with the Terms and Conditions set out in this document;
Personal information that the Company obtains from the User or third parties is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy set out in these Terms;
MyLaptop reserves the right, at any time, to unilaterally make changes to the Terms and Conditions posted on this Website without the Client’s additional consent;
Definition of Terms
Definitions of terms used in this document:
Account – a personal account registered by the Client through the Website;
Authorization – access to a personal account and any action specified in Article 6 of these Terms and Conditions;
MyLaptop Website – MyLaptop’s online platform, through which the User places an order for a product or service, after which MyLaptop provides the service;
Terms of Use – these Terms, as well as any other rules and/or conditions that regulate the Client’s access to and use of the Website, including issues related to content, functions and services;
Client/User – an individual or legal entity that meets the requirements set forth in these Terms and Conditions and wishes to receive the services offered by the Company through the Website;
Company – MyLaptop, established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia (LLC Sani, business registration number 439870980, actual address: Tbilisi, Akaki Tsereteli Avenue N1, Panda Store N52);
Parties – the Company and its customers;
Operation – any action taken by the user in connection with his personal account and/or services;
Universal identifiers – a set of data provided by MyLaptop to the user, including name, surname and other additional information, using which he registers in the system and uses various remote services;
Access code(s) – codes, passwords, username, identification code, universal identifiers and/or other confidential information that MyLaptop may provide to the client to access various services;
Agreement – an agreement concluded between the User and MyLaptop, which includes these Terms and Conditions and its annexes (if any).
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that:
The Client is a natural person who has reached the age of 18;
Has full (unrestricted) legal capacity, is not under the influence of narcotic, alcoholic, psychotropic or toxic drugs; is not under fraud, pressure, threats or any other unlawful influence; is not the object of violence, threats, deception, misrepresentation or other prohibited actions and is fully aware of the content of the expression of his will, the essence of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the legal consequences arising therefrom;
The User has full authority to sign and perform the obligations stipulated by these Terms and Conditions or any other agreements;
has read the Terms and Conditions and is acceptable to him/her;
all data submitted by him/her is accurate;
the User does not participate in any illegal activity as provided for by the legislation of any jurisdiction (which includes the legislation of Georgia and the legislation of the country of which the User is a citizen), including money laundering, arms trafficking, terrorism and other illegal activities;
when opening a personal account and during the validity period of the Agreement, his/her activities and/or actions are/will be in compliance with local and/or international legislation;
his/her actions are not/will be aimed at deceiving MyLaptop and/or any third party/party and the documents/information submitted by him/her to MyLaptop are/will be true, accurate and complete;
He/She will perform the obligations assumed under the Terms in good faith, fully and properly;
Agrees that, for the purpose of providing and offering effective services, after opening a personal account, until the termination of the Agreement, MyLaptop may search/verify and process the personal information specified by the User or any universal identifier related to it;
The User shall immediately notify MyLaptop in writing of all circumstances(s) that may conflict with the aforementioned statements and/or lead to a breach of warranties;
Enters into the Agreement on these Terms and Conditions
Based on the above statements, guarantees and obligations and considers them to be the terms of the Agreement. Accordingly, after the conclusion of the Agreement, the violation of the statements, guarantees and obligations provided for in this Article is sufficient grounds for MyLaptop to refuse to provide any services provided for in the Agreement and the Terms;
Terms of Registration and Use of the Website
In order to open a personal account on the MyLaptop website and use the online services, the User is obliged to familiarize himself with these terms and conditions and agree to them;
The User is obliged to securely store the data necessary for accessing the personal account and not to transfer it to third parties;
The User assumes full responsibility for any actions taken with his account. The Company does not assume responsibility for any damage that may arise as a result of access to the website account by a third party.
In the event that the Client has reasonable grounds to suspect that his/her personal account password or other security access code(s) has been stolen, lost, misappropriated, used without authorization or otherwise misappropriated, the Client is obliged to immediately change the password and contact Alta Customer Service Center (tel: 995 574 73 75 76 or contact Alta at e-mail: mylaptop.ge@gmail.com Failure to comply with the above obligation will jeopardize the security of the Client’s personal account, as well as incur liability for any losses;
By opening a personal account, the Client declares and warrants that by opening a personal account, he/she does not violate any law or regulation. He/she is obliged to protect the interests of the Company and compensate the Company for all damages incurred as a result of the Client’s violation of the requirements set forth in this paragraph;
The Client is obliged to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information in his/her personal account. The Company shall not be liable for any damage caused by the User’s failure to comply with the above obligation. The Company shall be entitled, at any time, to request the User to confirm the accuracy of the information or to provide documents or other evidence, and in case of refusal to do so, to cancel the Website account;
Universal identifiers registered in the identification system
When registering/placing an order, the User fills in several fields:
Name/Surname
E-mail address
Password
Confirm password
In addition to the above, the User fills in the following information when registering a profile and placing an order:
Address, personal number and contact details;
Password – one of the parameters required for authorization to receive centralized remote services, which the User determines upon registration in the centralized identification system, via the remote service channel(s) selected by the Company or another communication channel;
Password During the recovery process, the user enters an e-mail address to which a one-time link is sent, from which the user will be able to set a new password;
Mobile phone number – the phone number to which the user receives one-time access codes and one-time passwords (if any) required for performing operations specified by the centralized remote service;
When using certain functionalities on the website, we will need to validate the user account with SMS codes. We will use the SMS Office service to send SMS codes;
User e-mail address – the e-mail address to which the user receives access codes and passwords (if any) required for performing operations specified by the centralized remote service. To receive centralized remote services, the user may be required to perform authorization (using e-mail and password) using the authorization method. The authorization method is also registered in the centralized In the identification system;
Authorization
After registering and verifying the account, the website user undergoes authorization;
Authorization is carried out using the user’s universal identifiers.
Products offered by MyLaptop
Through this website, MyLaptop will offer the user services related to the products in its assortment.
Closing and restriction of use of personal account
The user is entitled to terminate the use of the MyLaptop platform at any time, which does not lead to the termination of the obligations provided for in this Agreement.
Term and termination of the Agreement
The Agreement remains in force until the cancellation of the User’s account;
The full and due payment by the Client of the fees specified in these Terms and the Service Agreement constitutes the fulfillment of his financial obligations to the Company.

Delivery Terms and Conditions
MyLaptop ensures smooth delivery of your order to the address you specify, if the following conditions are met:
The driveway leads to the building or house;
The road in the entrance or yard is paved and safe for movement;
The elevator in the building is working and can be used;
The steps of the stairs are not damaged and have a railing;
There is space to move in the entrance or yard and there are no obstacles of any kind (e.g. construction materials or waste).
